The class includes postnatal yoga for you, stretching and strengthening the muscles most in need while engaging with your baby.
Place your baby on the yoga mat and enjoy the connection through massage or verbal language. Bring your own muslin wrap or blanket, dummy, comforter and baby toys/rattle.
